Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee on any plan. We build and configure everything for you at no additional cost.
What's the minimum commitment?
4 months. After that, you can cancel anytime with no penalty. We believe in earning your business every month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new features will be live within 24 hours. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What are the add-ons?
Toll-free number and call recording are included on Growth and Elite. On Starter and Pro, each is +$9/month. Voice upgrades: Super Voice +$50/mo (Pro), Elite Voice +$150/mo (Growth, Elite), NeuroVoice +$99/mo (Growth, Elite), NeuroVoice Elite +$249/mo (Elite only).
Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. We handle everything — setup, configuration, testing, and ongoing management. You get a dashboard to see what's happening, but you never have to touch the technical side.
How fast can I go live?
Most clients are live within the same business day. Simple phone setups can be ready in under an hour.
What if the AI can't handle a call?
The AI knows when to escalate. If a caller needs a human, the call is transferred to your escalation number immediately. You're always in control.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes — we can port your existing number to Logixa. The process takes 1-2 weeks depending on your carrier. In the meantime, we can set up a new number and forward calls.
